Chelsea was born in Vancouver, Canada, and entered the film and television industry at the age of just eight. Chelsea shot more than 80 advertisements as a child. Her first big break came when she starred in Hallmark's classic mini-series Snow Queen opposite Bridget Fonda, winning her a nomination for best actress Leo award.
